UI/UX Designer

We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about building products that customers love to join our Product Development team with the primary role of UI/UX Designer.

The UI/UX Designer will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and test products and services that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Fine Arts or equivalent

  • Must have solid experience with UI/UX designing, tools and environment

  • Good background in creating customer-focused designs for both web & mobile applications

  • Exceptional skills in content structuring and presentation

  • Able to translate concepts into wireframes, mock-ups or prototypes that lead to an intuitive user experience

  • Experience with user testing, usability studies, and research

  • Must be analytical, creative and a good team player

  • Should present a portfolio during the interview

  • Candidates with good graphic design skills, highly preferable

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product managers to improve the UI/UX of the company’s web and mobile applications

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

  • Work with the product manager to create the product vision thru sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences

  • Create storyboards, wireframes, process flows and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces

  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions

  • Make user-experience and strategic design decisions related to core and new, functions and features

  • Assist in gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
